New Zealand born Ciara Faber started dancing ballet, jazz and Irish dance at the age of 4.
She travelled throughout Australasia and the rest of the world competing at various competitions including the All American, All Ireland and World Irish Dancing Championships. When she finished school she moved to Ireland to study a BA in Irish Music and Dance at the University of Limerick.
After graduating with an honors degree she began her professional career. She was a member of the International Ballet and the lead Irish Dance soloist at the prestigious dinner show Son Amar in Spain for 2 years. She has also toured throughout Europe with various shows such as Dance Masters, the Irish Harp Orchestra and Celtic Nights.
She also recently completed a tour of Spain and China with Gaelforce Dance. Ciara is very much looking forward to performing with Murphy’s Celtic Legacy and sharing the stage with some of the most talented dancers in the industry.
